Tregoad Park is a relaxed friendly holiday park ideal for families and couples alike. To make sure everyone knows what is expected of them and is able to fully enjoy the park our conditions for sited pitch customers are specified as follows:
 

PITCHES You may request a specific pitch, BUT THIS IS NOT GUARANTEED. Sometimes pitches have to be re-allocated depending on need.  Acceptance of a booking is not conditional on the allocation of a specific pitch
 

BOOKINGS are not transferable in any circumstances. Alterations by you to a booking after confirmation, may incur an administration charge of £3 per alteration.  The person who’s name is on the reservation is responsible for the booking and warrants that they are over 21 years of age and that the party will not exceed the numbers stated on the booking form
 

CONFIRMATION of your booking indicating that a pitch has been reserved for you on the dates required will be sent by email. The pitch offered will be based upon the information supplied by you
 

DOGS are welcome but must be on a lead at all times (except in the dog walk area). You must always clear up dog mess and dispose of in the doggy bins provided around the park
 

HEALTH AND SAFETY is taken very seriously at Tregoad Park. Please be aware that any person ignoring or abusing our health and safety rules and putting others at risk will be asked to leave the park immediately
 

CHILDREN AND PETS must NOT be left unattended on the park if you go off site. Parents/guardians are requested to ensure that their children are with them and/or in their accommodation after 10pm. Children under 16 are NEVER allowed in the Jacuzzi and must be supervised at all times in the swimming pool
 

SINGLE SEX GOUPS under 25 will be accepted unless by prior arrangement with Tregoad Park
 

NO OPEN FIRES are permitted. Purpose made BBQ’s are allowed but must be kept off the ground. Blocks can be provided. Please be aware of the increased fire hazard. NOTE: Chinese Lanterns are not allowed anywhere on the site.
 

ABUSIVE BEHAVIOUR of any kind, whether it is alcohol, drug or temper related, will not be tolerated and anyone concerned will be asked to leave the park immediately, without refund of fees.
 

QUIET TIME is from 11pm to 8am. Please respect this remember that sound travels, especially at night; please leave the bar quietly.
 

VISITORS are only allowed on the park if reception has been informed and the visitor day rate paid. This must be done during office hours and in advance of their arrival. You must take full responsibility for your visitors including meeting them at the entrance. Visitors’ cars must be parked in the car park and not taken on to the site.
 

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE on touring pitches is arrival after 1.00pm departure before 11.00am. We do not have an early arrivals area and our drive is single track so please do not arrive before the stated time. Accommodation: Arrivals after 4.00pm Departure before 10.00am. Bed linen and all utilities are provided but NOT towels.
 

BALL GAMES are not permitted around the touring park. Please use the ball & kite fields provided
 

SPEED LIMIT is 5mph; respect this, it is for your own safety. Any person driving a vehicle must hold a full UK driving licence
 

SEAGULLS AND CROWS make a dreadful mess so please ensure you put your rubbish in the bins provided and do not feed the birds
 

COMMERCIAL and sign written vans are not permitted on site but may be left in the reception car park if there is space available
 

RESPECT your neighbours and leave the park as you would wish to find it. All damages must be paid for.
 

BUSINESS TYPE Tregoad Park is a UK based business offering short term holiday rental of cottages, statics and touring pitches.
 

CANCELLATION POLICY is as follows: Cancellation within 1 week charged at full rate, within 2 weeks at 75%, within 3 weeks at 50%, within 4 weeks at 25%, 5 weeks or more loss of deposit.
 

TRANSACTION CURRENCY is UK sterling. Foreign currency payments will be transacted in sterling at the exchange rate on that day
